Wanted to let you know that this fair is going on the same day.

We may go after the dog park, just to see what the hub-bub is all about!
Also, Marin Brew Pub let's you sit on the patio with your pooch. Kinda nice on Sat, as there is usually live music outside. We did that after the Tripawd Party and Caira did well.

Hey!...They must have changed everything because the link for the Bay Area Pet Fair says it's not going to happen. Not enough financial support. What a shame.

That really, really stinks about the pet fair. It is a very scary state of affairs right now. I'm so sorry for all of the pets out there who would've been helped by the event. Look forward to hearing about your pawty.

What a fun birthday party! It was Cindi's birthday and Cemil's birthday and a good time was had by all. Caira Sue also showed up with Mary and Adam, and we met lots of dogs and people to share tripawd stories with. Again, it was a couple hours in the sunshine watching the dogs play--nothing more "right" than that. Cemil's happiness factor is increasing each time. Shelby and Caira Sue never cease to amaze me with their energy.
Jack, I saw your camera. Looking forward to the pictures! You get to pick the date for next time.

Beautiful weather, great folks, great dogs, great dog park, heck, somebody must have told the Blue Angles about the party because they were flying around the area!
Shelby made us stop and buy Happy Birthday dog biscuits and I think every dog got one whether it was their birthday or not.
We need to celebrate these birthdays in a big way! 4 years for Cemil, 3 years for Shelby and....a few for Cindi.
As we were coming home, Shelby was sleeping and Cindi and I were talking about how she has only been with us since April, and how she has opened a whole new world for us. I truly value this website and the folks that rally around each other. Whether it's to celebrate a birthday, offer advise or to send love and good thoughts to those who have recently lost a fur kid. This is a very special group of people.
I'm taking Cindi out tonight for her birthday, she has to travel to New York on business next week and I decided that I needed to take her somewhere very special, give her a birthday evening she'll never forget. We are going to the roller skating rink in Rohnert Park for the Professional Woman's Roller Derby match!!!! Is that a hoot or what! Heck, I didn't even know they had roller derby anymore!
I'll get the pictures posted tomorrow and let you know how the roller derby match was!

Not sure we can make it on the 14th.
we have a family event happening. Its late afternoon but involves dressing up and going to SF. It'll take mom HOURS to get ready 'cause she hardly EVER dresses up! Its really really traumatic for her....
On the other hand playing in the mud with a bunch of tripawds might be just the thing to keep her from thinking about it until she absolutely has to!
Also, there was a move at some point to make the Tripawd Hops on the third Sat of the month and just wanted to say we have a standing commitment to our german shepherd rescue group every third Sat. So we would never be able to make those dates 
Anyway, we hope we can make it on the 14th 'cause we would love to see y'all! If we do I promise I will try really really really hard not to go off on anybody!

Codie Rae, tell your mom there's a GREAT public restroom at the dog park where she can get ready for her shin-dig...right by the sanitation plant-YUM! Caira Sue LOVES it when we park there and walk into the restroom! ha!
Maybe we should plan for the second sat of every month? All I know is we have to make sure we don't mess with Jack's motorcycle dates. I get the feeling his Harley dates are kinda important to him 
Anyway, count us in. I'm pretty sure I don't work that day.
Adam requests that we shoot for something closer (or easier to get out of?) one of these months. Any suggestions?

I know it's still a week and a half away but I can't wait to see all my friends!
I'm not sure but I think the chauffeur has something up his sleeve, he wants to know who all's coming?
I agree with the getting out of the park bit...that does leave something to be desired. I don't know anything about the east bay except there's a banjo dealer in Berkeley and a Harley dealer in Oakland.
