So, the Second Saturday NorCal Tripawds meetup is fast approaching. The
Petite Princess will not be attending so Karen and I considered meeting
somewhere closer to Livermore. Anyone interested in joining us?

Chloe isn't coming to Santa Cruz to live with me until Sept 18th... So I guess we will see you guys at the Los Gatos Walk October 10th?

Chloe became a rear amp tripawd on 7-29-10. Another tumor was removed on front leg 2-20-14. Found 3rd tumor on neck 2-2015, but she's still kicking cancer's butt at age 14. Chloe's blog
I just put this out on Facebook and Twitter, hopefully we'll get some East Bay Tripawds to attend!

I'm going to miss not seeing my friends this weekend... but I have to make a guest appearence at Sonoma State University. It is the 3rd "Day with the dogs" we have enjoyed both of the ones before. My friend Sharon said they are expecting 300 people Saturday.
I'm getting a rinse and tumble dry on Friday, and I'll take plenty of naps cause 300 people is a lot of people.
I'll be with you in spirit on Saturday Cemil, Tani and Obie.
Your friend, Shelby, the P.P.

Hey TR and pack,
Mary and I planned to meet in Livermore since it looked like it would be a light month (I guess if Shelby the PP is not in attendance there is not the same draw ).
Then my Saturday got complicated- so I can't meet until at least 2:30. There is a dog park near my house we might try- but it is divided into big dog and small dog sides. The rest of the park is pretty open- but off leash is discouraged (well actually not allowed) except in the dog park itself.
What do you think?
Karen
We are fine with that if you guys still want to meet. Mama has a new car to drive so she is up for going anywhere! She sez it would be great to see y'all! But Tani, are we gonna have to meet through the fence???? 🙁 Maybe we can pretend its like Romeo and Juliet or West Side Story. Watcha think little grrrrl? 😉
TR
Ooops! Mom just looked at the weather and she sez its gonna be pretty hot over there this afternoon (we are heat weiners over here by the Bay). It makes our tongues hang out!
Mary and Karen, I think we will have to give this one a miss. And we will miss you!
Maybe we can plan something fun for next month!
Martha
HI guys,
Sorry, this month got complicated. And it does seem like it will be warm... ummmm.
Anyway- next month we were thinking we would meet at the cancer walk on October 10th in Los Gatos. Maybe something else fun too?

What kind of new car??
I'm planning to do the cancer walk next month too. That seems like a better plan. I'll miss you guys this month.

Oh yeah! I am doing the cancer walk too--two timing between Team Tripawds and Team GSRNC. Travis gets to represent both! So we will definitely see you there. I will probably not actually be walking as GSRNC will have a booth there, so look for us and you can all come visit and sit in our shade!
We'll miss you too Mary! But we look forward to seeing everypawdy next month and getting to meet Chloe and her mom!
take care 'til then,
Martha
ps Karen, its a blue Honda Fit--bought because it gets great gas mileage and it is big enough in back for Travis to sit upright and not have his ears squished
