Howdy, seems to be a consensus that we'll meet at the Mill Valley Dog Park on Saturday, January 9th at noon o'clock.
We encourage everyone who has or had or is thinking about getting a tripawd to come out and enjoy the day. A good time for the dogs is guaranteed and the folks are just marvelous and I'm sure you will get a laugh as my chauffeur attempts to master the video camera!

Caira had a good day today! So, paws crossed, we will be there Sat. And just a little heads up.... Friday is her 6 month ampuversary. She's been a little down lately to get excited, but she had a nice trip to Sherman Island today, so we will see how it goes.

Awww you guys, I am SO bummed that my Mom and Dad said we can't make it. They said we just took a long road trip and they can't do all that driving again. I said:

Will someone tell my Mom and Dad that two days of 7 hour driving each day for two weekends in a row isn't too much to ask to keep me from barking my head off? I want to go so bad!

Okay, here is an update for everyone: WE'RE GOING!!! So, Codie Rae, do whatever you have to do to get out of detention and show up on Saturday!
John and I discussed things. Max is doing much better, and we decided that we think this trip is too important for him (and us) to miss. Additionally, we have the addresses/phone numbers to local vets in the area, and if for some reason Max does start looking/feeling bad, we will get in our car and drive right back home.
Max actually complained yesterday until we took him to a local elementary school. He wouldn't stop running! I was exhausted trying to keep up with him. So, after 24 hours of soul searching, we're giving this trip a shot. With the way he's acting now, I think maybe we would always regret not giving Carmel a try. Crestline can wait until next month!
See you all there, and thanks for being patient with our up and down, flip-floppy decisions. Can't wait to meet all of you!

I'll be driving an 18 wheeler so that we can bring the numerous operating manuals for the movie camera, don't know where we're gonna park, heck as big as that truck is, we'll park wherever we want to!

I think we have some great causes to celebrate! Cemil has made it a year and has NOOOOO lung mets (when is his official 1 year date?) ! Jan 8th will be Caira Sue's 6 month ampuversary. Max is coming! Max is coming! Max is coming! Max is coming! Did I mention that we should celebrate that Max is coming?

You guys are going to have so much fun. What a regal crew and their wonderful pawrents. You'll be in my heart that day. I'll be in Laughlin, NV doing some R&R of my own. I wish I was in Northern CA.
