Hey everyone:

If anyone is in the surrounding area of Kansas City KS/MO, Kansas is doing their very first Bark for Life in Eudora, Kansas on August 22 from 5-8pm.

It's sponsored by the American Cancer Society, and donations will go to the ACS or the Douglas County (KS) Humane Society.

Tika will be there and already has signed up as official spokes doggie.  If anyone from the area is familiar with Gary Lezak (TV weather announcer and AVID supporter of our furry friends) I will be contacting him to see if he will show up.

If you are interested in attending or want more info, the coordinator's name is Stacie Schroeder (stacie.schroeder@cancer.org)

I've already told everybody, we are all in this together!  Let me know if you are attending, I want to make sure I can meet you!

Paws up!
