Pictures! We need lots of pictures! And please post one more time here with all details, so that I can announce this in our Facebook Page and point people here. I know we have some quiet members and Facebook fans who might want to join in! Thanks.

ok the facility was pretty booked up. They have some space avail at 4pm on sunday the 22 from 4-5:30. We could rent their puppy kindergarten room for $25 it's a large room I'm guessing 60' square or so. I'ts cement floor, but I think it has textured paint.
I'm also open to other options. Most elementary schools have covered play areas and are pretty empty on the weekends. My house isn't great we've got slick flooring and little kids. So let me know your thoughts folks.
I'm game for whatever everyone else agrees to. Inside, outside... unless there's a monsoon, I don't mind -- I'm used to being out in crappy weather. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon!

I also am okay with outdoor weather. There is a nice off leash park in Lakewood (Ft Steilacoom?" That may be spelled wrong) and I'm pretty sure that they also have a general picnic area. I am not sure if we would need reservations. There is also a nice trail around a small lake in case anyone thinks the off leash area would be too rough. The park does get pretty busy on weekends!
PAM
I checked the Lakewood City website and they do allow reservations at the Fort Steilacoom park. A small shelter can hold up to 25 people and costs $25 for 4 hours. We would have to choose from 10am to 2 pm or 3 to 7 pm. I could not tell which days might be open from the website. This park is a little hard to find if you are not familiar with the neighborhood (about 15 min off of I-5). We could also meet at Marymoor Park again and that did not require a reservation but I do not remember how many tables were under a cover or shelter. Auburn also has some parks by the river with picnic facilities but no off-leash area.
I guess we have to vote. I could do Marymoor or anything south of that.
Pam
Either park works for me.
Marymoor is easy enough. They don't have any covered picnic areas in the dog park, but there is a grassy area and pavillion over by the climbing wall we could default to if it's rainy.
Where's everyon at that might help decide where to meet. I'm in the north end of Kirkland so Marymoor is really close to me.
They are both about the same distance time-wise for me. I've been to both of them, and both are very nice off-leash areas -- very large and mostly open, although they can also get relatively busy on the weekends if the weather is nice. Marymoor has the added "water feature," though, so bring towels if your dogs love the water.
Roegner park, the Auburn park where they had the Puppy Up walk last fall also has an off-leash area, if that's more convenient. It wasn't too difficult to find, and the space was decent sized (however, not nearly as big as either Steilacoom or Marymoor).
Hope this doesn't make the decision more convoluted! I am excited to see all of you there!
Micki
PS: Rhonda said she and Lincoln are game for where ever we decide. She would prefer an earlier meet-up to late, as she may have to fly out on business that afternoon.

I'd prefer an earlier time vs. late, too. Have we decided on a date yet?

If we are looking at weekends I am off on April 7/8 and April 21/22. Fife is just down the road from the clinic so that site is ideal.Pam
Are these still the dates that we're looking at? Since April 8 is Easter, and I'm sure I'm not alone in having familial obligations, so perhaps we should shoot for the 22nd??? Or do Saturdays work better for folks?

I could do either/any place, but, I hate to add a but, Golly's first puppy class is Sunday the 22nd at 12:30 in Bellevue. I could do Marymoore after that? about 2pm? Or before.... or the 21st if Pam isn't working...

I couldn't begin to say how special Sammy is to us. Living and laughing with and loving this wonderful boy is priceless.
