Hello all,
The Nor Cal Tripawds group is getting together again at the dog park in Mill Valley.
We start around 11:00 am and hang out until 2:00 or 3:00 pm.
(Usually I put a cute picture here but since the site is running slow I'm leaving it out for now )
Save the date so you can meet up with your Tripawd pals and their Packs! All two, three and four leggers welcome.
Information on the Mill Valley Dog Park (also called Bayfront Park)
Here is an aerial that shows where you can park and where we meet up: (thanks to the Oaktown pack!)

Little Miss Sophie Moon and I are looking forward to being there! She just had her bandage removed after 5 weeks of recovery time. She's looking forward to getting social with other tripawds!
The weather forecast as of right now is for sunny skies and 77 degrees. Gotta love the Nor Cal fall weather!
If anyone is concerned about finding us or think their Tripawd might need a lift from the parking lot send me a PM and we can exchange phone numbers. I always bring a wagon just in case... Elly wants nothing to do with it
See you all on Saturday.

OK everyone- looks like the planned power outage will hit tomorrow around 2 pm, according to the current PG&E maps all of Mill Valley will be without power. Obviously we don't need power at the dog park but it means traffic in the afternoon might be a problem since the traffic lights would be out in Mill Valley and other locations as we head home.
My home location will not lose power (as of now) but I think some of you live where power might go out. I do have some home issues that make me a little nervous about leaving being out for several hours.
The other issue is the smoke in the air from the fire up north. The air quality in Livermore is pretty bad right now (although there is a small fire near here) I'm thinking it might be worse in Mill Valley.
Does anyone plan to cancel? I'm wondering if we should try and reschedule?

Karen, thanks for checking everything out.
We won't be coming, we can try again after everything settles down. Right, like that happens in Northern California!
But, Rose' has been working extra hard on her ball chasing skills, so we'll figure something out. She was also waiting to un-vail her new, bright pink TRIPAWDS bandana. We'll do it another time.
Thanks again for taking care of this, jack
Bad news - we are cancelling the meet up tomorrow
Our spectacular Fall weather has morphed into wildfires, very poor air quality and planned power outages. We might try and reschedule in a few weeks.
Sorry everyone!
