May 30th should work. Been super busy/out of town lately, but will make sure to write this date down. If you need help with anything, let me know. I will be back in Madison Tues or Wed this week, if you want to meet up sometime, or I could meet you for a walk around the neighborhood (I can bring Toby, as Harley can't hop too far).
June 5th we have a wedding, so doubt it will work.
Can't wait!! YAY!
Amputation on 11/10/09, due to Histiocytic Sarcoma in left elbow. Angel Harley earned his wings on 06/24/10.
Alright, 10:15 a.m. on Sunday, May 30th it is. If anyone wants put up fliers for the pawty - let me know!

Oh wow! Right next door - awesome!!! You'd actually reverse my directions a bit, since you'll be coming from Verona rather than through Madison. But you're so close you won't even need my directions I bet.

Ok folks, (mainly ThreeLeggedMax's crew , but maybe there are others secretly planning on coming, or undecided...) the weather for Sunday looks like a low of 60 and high of 87. Hopefully it'll still be on the cool side in the late morning - 10:15 a.m.! There is little shade at the park, but there are a few small trees and most dogs go under the picnic tables to cool off. As always, bring water. Or at least something for your pup to drink out of. I'm planning on bringing extra water. We had a lot of rain recently, but shouldn't have any more between now and Sunday, so I'm betting there won't be any residual mud puddles in the park by then, but it is a possibility. Might be worth having a towels along in your car, if you want to be extra prepared. Also, the humans will probably want to wear hats/caps and/or sunscreen. Forecast says mostly sunny, so some cloud cover perhaps, but not much.

Have I said yet on this thread where the pawty is? Well, once again, it's at Badger Prairie Park (one address I found for it was 6720 Highway 151, Verona, WI). The dog park is hard to miss as long as you find the driveway that is on Maple Grove Dr. (aka Old County Rd PB) just off the intersection with Verona Rd (the north side of Verona Rd). There are probably other ways in, but if you follow that driveway back, you'll see the fenced in dog park and its parking lot easily.
Perhaps you can follow this link to the map: http://maps.goo.....ona%20WI

Okay, I had that link entered wrong - argh! But I went back into that post and edited it. It is now more useful, though you will need to zoom in on the one that's marked with the letter A. That is the one! Here again is the correct link, but like I said, I fixed it in the post above too: http://maps.goo.....erona%20WI

Workin' on the video! And I have some still shots to download and edt. I should be ready to start blogging and posting tonight, but now I gotta get yardwork out of the way and dinner and stuff. Edward's fascination with Gerry's tail is one of the most adorable things I think I've ever seen in my life. Which is why I will do my utmost to get it done asap! It was much too hot yesterday though, so most of the video will be them drinking water and laying under the picnic table. I think it's going to be necessary to keep summer time pawties earlier in the morning in the future, or maybe late evening. Alright, I better get back to work!
