We will be at the RSPCA Million Paws walk on Sunday 19th May at Homebush in Sydney. If there are any Tripawds in the area who are planning to enter (you do need to register and pay a fee) please let us know and we could meet up. If not, then we could figure out another time and place to meet.
If the postal service doesn’t let us down we will be resplendent in Tripawds paraphernalia honouring Tripawds and especially Spirit Magnum (who can only attend now that she is a spirit because the temptation to wreak havoc was too great when she was in her earthly body. ........ who are we kidding, she still loves to wreak havoc but she does less damage now that she is a spirit

Magnum: 30th May 2002 to 5th May 2012. Lost her back left leg to osteosarcoma on 5th Sep 2011. Lung mets found on 20th Mar 2012 but it was bone mets in the hip that ended her brave battle. Magnum's motto - "Dream as if you'll live for ever, live as if you'll die today" (James Dean). Loyal, loving, courageous and spirited to the end. Well, we saw lots of doggies in all shapes and sizes but no Tripawds at the RSPCA Million Paws walk. But we did our best to advertise Tripawds anyway because unfortunately the stats say that some of the dogs that were on the walk will face 3 legged decisions at some point ....
I was just a little bit paranoid, fussing over Ruby so photos are sadly lacking. Here we are leaving home, all dressed up....
And here we are after finishing the walk. Feeling happy and relaxed.
