Well, I have to say, I am exhausted today, but happier than I have been in quite a long time.....To finally meet all my 'kindred spirit" friends, has been the highlight of my year so far! Sally, Lori, Elizabeth and Eric, Deb, Cassie, Ingrid, Cheryl, and Rene and Jim, not to mention an entire entourage of beloved pups tagging along....I could feel all our spirit and angel pups shining and smiling down upon us all. We all have such awesome pups, and to have so many together at one place at one time, with the heat of the day and amount of time spent together, I applaud how incredibly well-behaved they all were....It's like they absolutely knew the meaning and closeness of our get-together. And I have to agree with what Deb said on her topic post, hearing Sally and Jim in person, "discussing" her "Tavlet issues" was priceless!!
Ok, for the pics below, some of my pics unfortunately were not very good, so I used the best ones I had....
#1 is the banner I happened to see from Rt 3 before turning to find the party.
#2 is Elizabeth and Eric with Rosco and Tanner.
#3 is Sally and another party-goer being amused with Myrtle and Frankie
#4 is our wonderful Tripawds founders, Rene, Jim and Wyatt
#5 is (front to back) Daryl, I think Lori's foot, lol!, Chandler, and my Pearl.
#6 is Rene and Sally doing some pup wrangling with Myrtle and Frankie
#7 is the Tribute leash, with Ty's, Polly's, Happy Hannah's, and Jake's ribbons, (Jakes is kinda hard to see next to H Hannah's ribbon, I should have separated it a bit better)
and lastly, #8 is both my girls at home this morning, Pearl still recuperating from her being an honorary Tripawd for my Polly, and Zuzu just glad to have her back home. I think Pearl is still dreaming about all her friends she met, especially her boy-friends, lol, Finn, Daryl, Frankie, Rosco, Tanner, Domino, Chandler, Nixon, Zach, Wyatt, and a few others....
Till next time we get together, I love you all...!!
Bonnie, Angel Polly, Pearl, and Zuzu who couldn't make it this time
I love it. <3 Rene looks like she is saying hey wait I am hanging on for dear life lol. I am glad everyone had a great time. 🙂
Amazing people and friends.

It was so great to finally meet you Bonnie and someone said it best when they said that the pups must have been feeling our vibe. Pearl is absolutely adorable!! I think she stole ALOT of hearts!!
Sally, yes, we definitely need to give some credit to Eric, John and Jim...they did a lot of "dog handling" so us ladies could just chitchat!

Can't wait!
Murphy is a five year old Lab/Chessie cross. He was hit by a car on 10/29/12 and became a Tripawd on 11/24/12. On 2/5/13, he had a total hip replacement on his remaining back leg. He has absolutely no idea that he has only three legs!
UPDATE: Murphy lived his life to the fullest, right up until an aggressive bone lesion took him across the Rainbow Bridge on April 9, 2015 and he gained his membership in the April Angels. Run free, my love. You deserve it!
love all of these .... XOOXOX

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife
Oh love it! These are so much fun, I have a great big smile on my face right now!
Yes Michelle I WAS hanging on, Myrtle is as strong as a bull, seriously! Way stronger than Wyatt. Sally has arms of steel to hang onto that girl!

Great pics, Bonnie! So wonderful to meet you and John and Pearl in person! And I love the Pearl and Zuzu pic.
Deb and Angel Lexie* Diagnosed at age 13. Tried radiation first; wish we had amputated upon diagnosis (even with lung mets). Joined Club Tripawd April 2014 & Lexie loved life on 3 legs! Advice: Start physical therapy as soon as your vet clears it, especially hydrotherapy if available :-) See Lexie pics here.

Thanks Deb, and definite ditto everything you said! I have to apologize, I wanted to get a few more pics, especially one of you and Fannie Mae, but got so into the party, I somehow did not get one......I am glad you posted some really great pics on your forum here, they were so much fun to look at. The party on Saturday produced tons of fantastic pics of everyone, and all the pups for sure.....!!
Can't wait till we can do this again!!
