Hello all
It has been a little over 2 weeks since the surgery and Zeppelin had his staple removed today. He has been doing very well getting around and the only tricky thing for him was the stairs so we decided to turn them into a ramp. He is able to navigate this with no assistance 🙂
We have limited his activity outside and kept him leashed until recently. The last few days he has been off leash to wander the back yard and also enjoy lounging in the sun. Still limiting the activity as from what I read it we do not want him to overwork anything.
We have also been reducing the pain meds and the vet said today that we could probably stop them all together.
WOW! Lookin GOOD my furiend! You have some excellent pawrents looking out for you. That's a nifty ramp, pretty cool that you actually use it since many dogs get scared of ramps.
Oh and I'm glad your peeps are being very cautious about restarting your activity.
What a great pupdate! Thanks for letting us know how you are doing.
Zeppelin is sich a handsome boy! Love his coloring.
This is a spectacular update, You and Zeppelin are a great team and doing a wonderful job of navigating through a very successful recovery. You're showing everyone how it's done.
