Today is Stormy's week ampu-versary!
He's been doing ridiculously amazing but today I have some concerns.
About 20 minutes after I fed him a treat, he threw it and a few other things that were in his belly back up! I cleaned it up and thought not much of it.
But a few minutes ago (about 30 minutes after the first time), Stormy opened his mouth and this clear goo came out?! He seemed fine, but when I cleaned it up I noticed the consistency was really sticky, I compare it to almost like hair gel?!
Any idea why this is happening? I'm a little bit concerned, hoping he just has an upset tummy.

Happy ampuversary Stormy! And welcome, your future forum posts will not require moderation.
Do you mean it's been one-week, or how long? And what medication is Stormy on? Is he having loose stools?
You may want to stop any NSAIDs and consult with your vet immediately. Gastrointestinal distress is a common symptom of potentially serious NSAID side-effects in dogs. Jerry had serious issues on Rimadyl but did just fine on Metacam for nearly two years, every dog is different. Please keep us posted.

ACL tear in right hind leg 12/5/12 and scheduled ACL repair surgery 12/21/12. Pre-op xrays revealed osteosarcoma. Amputation 12/28/12. Chemo (carboplatin) started Jan 10, 2013 and ended on April 5, for a total of 5 doses. He handled carbo like a champ! No side effects. We started metronomic therapy at his third chemo and have been also doing some holistic treatments. He's a lively, playful 10 year old huskie-boarder collie and a very proud member of the Winter Warriors! Our love. Our funny little guy!
Just wanted to check in to see how Stormy is doing. I hope he is feeling better and the vet was able to figure out what was making him sick. Let us know....
“Dogs are our link to paradise. They don't know evil or jealousy or discontent. To sit with a dog on a hillside on a glorious afternoon is to be back in Eden, where doing nothing was not boring--it was peace.” ― Milan Kundera
I know?! Where are you Stormy? I'm worried. Please get back here and let us know how you're doing.

I am so sorry guys!! Stormy is wonderful, I posted a blog apologizing for not reply! He was probably throwing up because he kept spiting out his pills, or refusing the food I put them in so I put them in cream cheese - yikes lol - he took them though! He's been fine since
Im so sorry I left you guys hanging, me and my fiance got some news a few days ago, I'm pregnant - which is why i've been a bit hair brained about getting online lol. Sorry again!
Congrats to you, too! Wow, lots of news coming from your snowy corner!
