Tomorrow, Jack will be starting Prednisone. He will also be on a stomach coater something or other to prevent ulcers and will need to take pepcid. I hate giving him pills all the time, but he really likes all the peanut butter, cream cheese, and butter that he gets, so I guess it's like, fun for him or whatever.... He's still acting like normal Jackers, but he doesn't jump up many things anymore (he can still do it, he just chooses not to...) and tires much easier. We did make a play date for him at the park today where we walked around for about an hour...he did great! Appetite is large, he is drinking, his ears are perky, he gets up and wags his tail when people come in the front door...stupid liver tumor just gets in the way of normalcy! I don't have any advice questions, just basically starting this post in case I have future questions or if someone is at the same point as we are and wants to follow along 🙂
<3 Laura and Gooberface
Hi Laura,
I hope that the prednisone helps out your Gooberface.
That's so great though, that the time at the park went well!
Did you guys go to Marymoor ?
Also, that his appetite is there.
Thanks for sharing
have a good weekend,
