A week or so ago, did her "colitis poo" look different? I'm wondering if there's a way to tell if she's got colitis vs too much fiber? Normally, too much fiber is more poo, more formed, etc. So if that's the case, just scale back on all her produce. It sounds like she's getting a newer diet anyway, so she could just be adjusting...or you need to adjust it some so no packages arrive on the floor. I'm sure she's OK, just a little fiber-filled! And that's OK!

ACL tear in right hind leg 12/5/12 and scheduled ACL repair surgery 12/21/12. Pre-op xrays revealed osteosarcoma. Amputation 12/28/12. Chemo (carboplatin) started Jan 10, 2013 and ended on April 5, for a total of 5 doses. He handled carbo like a champ! No side effects. We started metronomic therapy at his third chemo and have been also doing some holistic treatments. He's a lively, playful 10 year old huskie-boarder collie and a very proud member of the Winter Warriors! Our love. Our funny little guy!
Yes - when she had the accidents in my house, it was solid but outside, it was looser and had kind of a slimy outer layer (like mucus). Disgusting (sorry, TMI). But now it's just solid (in my house and outside). And rather orange which I assumed was the pumpkin and carrots. Definitely formed so easy to pick up (in the house) but still I have tell-tale "resolve" stains on my carpet now - which I guess just shows how dirty the rest of my carpet is. God I wish she would poop in the kitchen if she was going to do it. But you're right; it's been about a week since I did transition her to 1/2 home cooked with the barley/chicken thighs and 1/2 kibble with extra veggies for "bulk". I didn't give her a bowl of veggies for breakfast - gave her some barley/chicken stew since I am trying to feed her twice a day and since she's really not "fat", I don't have to reduce her calories as much. We'll keep our fingers crossed no packages when I get home from work! I did figure it was too much fiber... since it was 100% solid.

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife
You may want to make a slower transition, especially for a smaller dog. It does sound like a lot of fiber. Poop does change a LOT when you switch diets and all sorts of crazy colors can come out! Ever give a dog beets? It will scare the heck out of you when it comes out the other end!
As you can see, never TMI here!!
