my dog possibly has developed a seroma . We are on day 4. Chemo is in 10 days, can it ggo as planned despite this complication?
I'm not a vet but typically the seromas don't pose a problem. If it's still got lots of fluid your vet may drain it in the office, it's not a big deal. In 10 days it should be completely absorbed. You can try bringing out the fluid with a warm compress for a few minutes a day.

My Happy Hannah developed a seroma ...(aka big saggy boobie if it's a vig doggy). Didn't have to be drained but it, was a huge swollen pocket of fluid. Her first chemo started about week three just because she had a slow recovery, not because of the seroma . It was all but gone by then anyway.
Just have him take it slow...rest and potty breaks for now.
Hugs!
