Well I will certainly be getting my supply of K9 Immunity . The only question is whether to keep him on the Essiac at the same time. Both are immune boosters. I guess it wont hurt to double my efforts, but if they do pretty much the same thing, I would prefer to go with the K9 Immunity based on price and ease of giving the booster (Essiac comes in pill format so they need something to go with it)
Tungsten Blue, diagnosed with osteosarcoma August 2016, rear leg removed 28 October 2016, left us on 12/13/16, he will be greatly missed.
Just wanted to post an update. My official decision has been made: no chemo. We saw Onco #2 on Tuesday and she was great - gave us all the info (most of which I already knew) but before we even went into see her, I knew this wasn't the route for us. Just sitting in the waiting room is stressful. The owners are sad and worried and stressed, many of the dogs are stressed. There is just a blanket of hopelessness and sadness in the air at both oncology centers we visited. That's not what I want for our remaining days - however long they may be.
I will post updates on Chance's progress. We have a wonderful Holistic vet and are meeting with SFRAW feeders on Monday to see about any additional diet changes he may benefit from. Thanks to everyone who chimed in with their thoughts on the matter. It was helpful to read, and to just be able to spew out some of my thoughts here to help me think everything over and come to the final decision.

A d whenever you make a decision out of love, it is ALWAYS the right decision!!
Glad you have a Holistic Vet you are comfortable with who is developing a plan specific for Chance.
Look forward to hearing about the protocol AND hearing all about how Chance is living life to the fullest, with pictures of course!!
