Well we're off to the vet.......I swear, I am starting to think Jill just likes going there to see her favorite vet friends. She just can't let me have ONE MONTH without a small hiccup.
I am hoping this has something to do with her cat cousin Lucy coming over, but shes been vomiting all morning and then hopped right up on the bed and peed all over me. I suppose she could just be mad/anxious about Lucy being here, but it puzzles me since she is completely fine with Belle (a dog for those of you who aren't familiar) staying here for weeks at a time.........
I'll keep you posted, we're off to the vet in an hour...........
Jill is a 9-year-old tuxedo kitty. She was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in June 2012 on her toe in her right hind leg. Her leg was amputated on 12/12/12 and she completed four rounds of chemo (2 of Carbo, 2 of Doxy) in April 2013. puking? Did Lucy have a different kndof food her Ant dropped off? Did ou get nto her food?
Hate to sayit' but I think you could...possibly.....slight chance.....slim.....really going out on a limb.....possibly be just a touch spoiled and you're puking because your tummy's nervous because of "what's her name"?
I'm thinking that's all itis PEPPER! REALLY! Not just saying it!!
Now post to us as soon as you get back...like even in he vet's office, okay. I have to leave for work by 2:30 and wn't be able to check in here til probably 11:00 or so tonight..
IREALLY, REALL think all this is Lucy related! Sorry Lucy, not your fault. It's Queen Jill's world and you're invadingher queendom!!
Love and hugs!

Still at the vet but didn't want to keep you waiting salt! Vet thinks the peeing was behavioral but they're going to take a sample to be sure. On the puking, she thinks she definitely is having some heartburn. She have her a shot of some kind of antacid and told me start giving her some Zantac at home (we've tried Pepcid for the burping, doesn't do anything). Otherwise she's looking great! She's up to 10 lbs 12 ozs (was 8lbs, 13ozs at the lowest). Stomach feels great, coat is shiny. So let's hope the Zantac helps her tummy! As for the peeing....well me sheets are ruined so I blame Lucy!

Oh Jilly! When things get too quiet around here you like to add some excitement don't you?!
Just kidding. I'm glad you saw the vet. The peeing thing definitely sounds behavioral and I'll bet the Zantac will work. Has she ever taken it before?

Jill is just letting you know she is not happy about company (especially the kind that hisses at her!!). Hoping the Zantac helps with the upset tummy. Sending good thoughts your way.

ACL tear in right hind leg 12/5/12 and scheduled ACL repair surgery 12/21/12. Pre-op xrays revealed osteosarcoma. Amputation 12/28/12.
