I've been torn about what to do next for Lexie. Anyone want to chime in with their experiences on Palladia with mets present -- or withough? I read through a few posts mentioning bad experiences and side effects.
I'd love to hear the bad and the good from anyone who has tried it out. I'm honestly on the fence; not sure if it's worth putting Lexie through that, plus more monitoring and lab work, expense, etc.
There's a related biopsy update post here, btw.
Thanks in advance for any thoughts and insights.
Deb and Angel Lexie* Diagnosed at age 13. Tried radiation first; wish we had amputated upon diagnosis (even with lung mets). Joined Club Tripawd April 2014 & Lexie loved life on 3 legs! Advice: Start physical therapy as soon as your vet clears it, especially hydrotherapy if available :-) See Lexie pics here.
Hi Deb,
Darn I dont' have experience with it but there's lots of info in the Forums (I know the search is overwhelming, sorry!). I'm sure others will chime in shortly.
