Hi All..
Bella is now 3 weeks post op and has been doing super well... getting along on her 3 legs like a pro.. off all medication and had her 1st round of Chemo one week ago today and only got sick once a couple days after..... The last couple days it has been crazy with family and Bella has been doing a lot... Walking up and down the stairs a million times to follow everyone around the house.. playing with our other dog with their new toys etc... Then today my stomach just dropped when I her sleeping with a pool of pee under her... this happen two more times today... Even though she has asked to go outside and is peeing normally when she goes out. I have no idea what to think.. She is doing perfectly and I pray that this is nothing seriously... Anyone ever had any experince with this?
Thanks..
Karen and Bella
I havent had this experience Karen, so not sure what to tell you. Hopefully its just all the excitement and shes extra worn out with it all. Im sure someone here will have gone through something similar though!

Karen, I hope you won't mind, I quoted and copied your post to 'Ask a Vet' forum in hopes Dr Pam would see it and respond to you.

Thanks for taking care of that Shanna.
Just FYI, here is some more information about incontinence issues that other Tripawd pawrents have experienced with their pups.
We send our love to Bella and hope this is nothing serious. Keep us posted OK?

It could be that Bella's just exhausted.
And/or, it could be a temporary side effect of the chemo.
do keep an eye out if she seems to be turning her back when she walks, though. Also, if you see any lessening of tail movement.
That's what happened with my Kona, and we think that she tweaked her back.
If that's the case, please find a kind hearted, talented chiropractor to give your pup some treatments.
sounds like Bella is doing great overall !
