Hi there! Your future posts won't need to wait for approval, so post away.
I'm sorry to hear about your pup. Is her name Buddy? Or Mojo? How old/young is she?
Typically when a dog is showing this kind of behavior after amputation, it's because they are getting too little pain management . It's either not the right dosage, not given frequently enough, or not the right drug for that particular dog. Can you tell us more about her medication, like what are the names, and dosage, and frequency?
Hang in there! Things do get better once you get the pain under control! We are here to help.

Just want to add to Jerry's input hat if she is on a pain patch (Fentynal), that can make them out of it. She may not even be aware that she needs to pee thus the "accidents ".
Greyhounds are such gentle and sensitive Souls, she may need extra time to get her sea legs. This is very early in recovery. Keep in mind it is a major surgery and she needs rest, good pain mana6 and lots of rest. She'll figure things out at her own pace.
Drinking and peeing are important (even if it means peeing in her bed). Eat and pooping may be off a bit for a few days. Offer her anything yummy she'll eat for now.
We'll look forward to your update. Recovery doesn't last furever!
