Storm had his fifth chemo session today, the second Doxoribicin treatment. The onco is happy with his general health, his weight is stable despite his decreased appetite but he is also getting a lot less exercise than pre amp so it makes sense that he might not be as hungry. Lungs sound okay despite the mets so it's business as usual until the next time.
Business as usual is GREAT! That's what we mean by the "new normal", living each day at a time and making the most of life together. ROCK ON Storm!

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife
