Soooo glad you got him on the Pred. My Vet always said, in spite of all the reasons not to ise ot, it can sometimes be a miracle drug! I've used it on several occassions as the "moracle" and have gotten good extended time as a result.
To know you and Farley are getting good extended time f0r more spoiling and to create more treasured memories makes is all so happy.

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
Today I took Farley up to his long time field trainer for one last visit
He got to retrieve two birds and seemed happy
Unfortunately, after his second retrieve, he had his second seizure (his first was last night); this one was much shorter
I'm glad I took him up since he has such a bond with the trainer
By the time we were done, the half dozen handlers and helpers present were in tears
Here is a video of Farley's last retrieve
Christine (not sure how much time we have left )
Awww buddy, you are so lucky to get to do what you love right now. You made such a lasting impression on so many people in your field work. Even on three legs, you did it!
Christine, kudos to you for doing these bucket list things together. I hope you get more opportunities for days like this. Thank you for sharing such a special moment.
Got some bittersweet tears. Mostly happy tears though to see Farley do what he does best....be Farley amd retrieve with sich joy and pride.
This was such a beautiful thing to watch and what a lovely memory to hold in your heart forever.
Thank you so much for sharing this with us. Even as his esrth journey may be coming to a close, Farley still shows everyone how to live life to the fullest even with all the hurdles he is facing right now.
Thank you for sharing this video with us.
