Thank you ALL so much for your kind words💕

I am sorry I don't feel capable of replying individually right now but please know I appreciate every single reply, they all went straight to my heart 💖

I was particularly touched with your dream, Linda and Amy just reminded me of all the signs Kinky, my previous Dane, sent me through the last 6 years.

So, yes, they definitely stay close by.

Luckily it is still not the moment to cry, I am  too busy making Miss Cow happy !

As she cannot go out until we make sure the height is right for her to jump into the car, we get friends and their dawgies visiting every day.

Yesyerday we had a fireman and his Staffie Athos popping by.

We met last week in the forest and he's asked after her and when told she could not leave the house he volunteered to pop by.

What a marvellous angel 💖

Today, Reilly and Frankie are visiting and auntie Evelyne is trying her best to come here too.

Auntie Sandrine is in Maroc with her two Danes (doing a dog show) but she said she is returning to her home in Lyon via our house in Beaulieu Sur Mer.

If you look at the map, you'll see how crazy that is, this girl is going to do hundreds and hundreds of extra miles to see my baby girl.

Eurydice is having but good days, that is all I can do for her now, as I always did for almost 6 years.

Thank you so very much for your support, kindness, thoughts and prayers.

It's not over until the fat lady sings and she is not singing yet!

Sending you all my love and slobbery kisses from miss cow 😘💘🐮💘

Eurydice 77kg/170lb Great Dane limping end of April 2016, amputation (right front leg/osteosarcoma) 4 May 2016 6 courses of carboplatin followed by metronomic therapy, lung mets found 30 Nov 2016. 3 courses of doxorubicin, PET scan 26 Jan 2017 showed more mets so stopped chemo. Holistic route April 2017. Lung X-ray 5 May 2017 showed several tennis ball size mets, started cortisone and diuretics. Miss Cow earned her XXL silver wings 12 June 2017, 13 months and 1 week after amputation and 6 1/2 months after lung mets, she was the goofiest dawg ever and is now happily flying from cloud to cloud woof woofing away :-)

Don't spend one second thinking like you have to reply, okay? We know, that you know, we are all right by your side. And we know that you and Eurydice are right be each other's side.....and this is where we all belong...together.

It doesn't surprise us one bit that soooooo many people who have been touched by Eurydice want to come and spend more time in her loving light. She is such a MAGICAL dog on so many levels.

Eurydice doesn't need her earth clothes to continue this journey of inspiration. Her msgnificent Spirit will ALWAYS be alive in every single Soul whose life she has touched. When a Soul like hers comes to earth so full of purpose and mission, she will continue to teach and ro rouch lives even in her transitioned energy state.

For now, continue to enjoy the bliss of each moment. And, as you know, Eurydice is not worried about a thing...not one single thing!!! She didn't listen to anything that Vet said...never jas, never will! Miss Cow lives her life HER way! She continues to enjoy just being herself and soaking up all the attention being bestowed upon her!

We are all with you and surrounding you with our love.....

Sally and Alumni Happy Hannah and Merry Myrtle and Frankie too!

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!

I'm just now reading this and I am pretty sure there isn't anything I can say that others have not already said. I am so sorry you are here .... I hope you can focus on the moment with Miss Cow ... enjoy each day.

What a life she has led the last year on three...Remarkable ... the adventures, the trips, the education ... that dogs .. no matter small or large ... can do great on three.

You have been the most amazing ambassador for our community. That is a true gift.

May the next part of this journey (as sad as it is) be peaceful and know that we will all shining lights for you.

XOXO

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife

Well, what can I say ?

I totally LOVE cortisone, it is our best friend alongside diuretics !

It is working really well for miss cow (for the moment) and we still have scope to increase her dose.

She has to rest in between her bursts of energy and her breathing is not what it used to be but ... she is here right by my side and enjoying her happy self every day.

So, I've decided to give you all a record of our daysheart

Hopefully this will show other pawrents there is no point crying and suffering in anticipation ... our furry friends deserve to enjoy their lives to the very end.

So ....

This is Eurydice having a bone 6th May heart
