This is 11 days post op on her front leg amputation. I think everything looks good but I can't help but stress about it and wonder if it has gotten a bit more red recently.
OK I'm not a vet so take this for what it's worth, but it looks pretty good to me. The bruising isn't bad at all. However is that dark spot on the bottom oozing or warm to the touch?

I'm not a vet either but that incision looks pretty good to me too! Maybe the incision got pulled a little at the bottom end and that is why it is red? Is that darker bit a little blood? I have had incisions that looked similar and they resolved in the end. My recently spayed pup had something a little weird going on at one end of her spay incision when I adopted her, it even seeped a little, but the vet was unconcerned and it has since resolved. Can you send the photo to your vet and see what they think? As Rene noted, if its overly warm to the touch definitely give the vet a call.
