Cooper!
You can't engage monkeybutt, it only encourages him! I personally think you just have a "fur figure neck"! (get it??)
But you gotta admit Fortis, I may be sassy and spoiled but I'm not rude and annoying like monkeybutt!
Oh, and this is for you Cooper...it will explain the beginning of monkeybutt.
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
well, Cometdog, thanks for the advice - and thanks for the link to Monkeybutts beginning. I have to admit engaging Monkeybutt has kept my spirits up during my recovery, but I sure dont want to encourage him, we dont want to give him TOO much power. The banter has kept me smiling during some of the stressful times of my recovery!

the monkeydogs only THINK they have invaded the tripawd state
Cometdog, I think your precious and that monkeybutt might be a bit annoying at times but I think he's adorable as well.
Coops'dad, I have read most all of your post here and on your blog as well as those by Coops'mom. I think Coop belongs to a very special and blessed family. Oh, Fortis' neck is definitely "fur figure" by the way. Sending lots of positive and healing thoughts Coops way.
