I am deeply sad,
cause she full of appetite, energy, but can not walk. I am so worried
do you guys have any experience like this??
Thank you.
Patty
Is Chubby on any pain medications? I would definitely check with the vet and get their opinion. They may want to switch meds.

I agree with hugapitbull Patty, please call the vet, this situation is not normal and sounds like it needs medical attention. Let us know what happens. We are thinking of you and Chubby.

I believe you said you were in Taiwan?
Some countries do not dispense narcotic pain medication as freely as we do in the US, but I would still call your vet, let them know that Chubby is still in pain, and see what they would recommend.
Right hind limb amputated 7/3/12 for OSA, started on alternating cycles of Carboplatin and Doxorubicin and oral Palladia. Single lung met 9/1. Met in the neck muscle removed 9/30. Large mass in sublumbar lymph node 10/2. Rescue chemo with ifosfamide 10/6. Mets to the rib and axillary lymph node 10/21. Started Leukeran and Pred 10/25. Wookie left this Earth for a far better place on 12/4/12. I miss you, Boo, you were my heart.
Ok, I just re-read your original topic about Chubby. She had her front limb amputated Dec 13, 2011.
Is she painful near the amputated limb or is she painful on the other front leg now? I don't want to scare you, but osteosarcoma can spread to other bones. It just worries me when you say that she is so painful that she can't stand up and that you cannot touch her near her leg.
If she is painful on her remaining front leg, I would recommend taking her to your vet and getting X-rays. Hopefully they can also offer Chubby something stronger to deal with her pain.

the strange thing is the x-ray result is clean, she can not use her left front leg to walk well, it just like she can not stand with her shoulder.
we treated her Previcox, and she is improved, but still hard walking.
Our vet said maybe she has cancer cells in her blood vessel caused nueron hurt, another is arthris.
I am just curious, does any body got lymph mets or neuron mets cause hard walking? (but x-ray result is normal.)
Started treated with Previcox and Glucosamine-HCl, and the walking imporved 40%.
I hope she can at least walk normally......................... to maintain her qualitative life.....
I hate to say it, but Xrays don't often tell the whole story, and sometimes a MRI is the only way you can tell if the cancer has progressed to other parts of the body. These blog posts tell how:
