I'm not a vet, so I can't say if it's infected just by looking at it. I recall Jerry's incision had some crusties like that. Is the area warm or smelly? Any fluid leaking?

I was going to chime in & say that the scar looks really good! And that it just looks like a little bit of irritation. As long as there's no drainage (it looks pretty dry, so that's great!), and it's not red or swollen (it just looks like a little piece of scab, but that will fall of on it's own). All normal healing
