.......her blood work came back normal, so we are celebrating that! We are 6 weeks in to this journey and she continues to amaze us everyday with her beautiful sparkle. We aren't quite back to the long trail walks but she does her best and she will get stronger every day.

Ok, I give...how do you insert a video?
Liberty (Libby) was diagnosed with OSA on 1-22-13. Right front amputation on 1-31-13. No IV Chemo. Metronomic Therapy started 2-19-13 along with supplements and some home cooking. Lungs clear until 1-06-14. She's still her happy, hoppy, bossy self. Living the dog life to the fullest and a proud Winter Warrior. :) RIP my Libby 4-21-03 to 3-19-14
Way to go Libby and what a fine looking girl you are! Love tht photo of you with butt and tail held high as you search the snow for some hidden treasure!! Soooooo glad you are doing o well. Yep, my Happy Hannah's walks are shorter and tire her out, but Libby is a big girl lso and it takes a lot of shuffling around to crry those big hearted dogs on three legs.
Keep doing what you're doing--it's working! Enjoy the love you two share.
Best to you, Sally and Hppy Hannah
ps----As you can tell, I can barely use a keyboard much less know how to do a video!!
Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
Thanks Sally and Hannah!

Yay Libby! What fun you are having!
To add a video, upload it into you YouTube, Vimeo, etc, then just just paste the share URL on a separate line in your Forum post. That should do the trick. Can't wait!

Jill is a 9-year-old tuxedo kitty. She was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in June 2012 on her toe in her right hind leg. Her leg was amputated on 12/12/12 and she completed four rounds of chemo (2 of Carbo, 2 of Doxy) in April 2013. ACL tear in right hind leg 12/5/12 and scheduled ACL repair surgery 12/21/12. Pre-op xrays revealed osteosarcoma. Amputation 12/28/12. Chemo (carboplatin) started Jan 10, 2013 and ended on April 5, for a total of 5 doses. He handled carbo like a champ! No side effects. We started metronomic therapy at his third chemo and have been also doing some holistic treatments. He's a lively, playful 10 year old huskie-boarder collie and a very proud member of the Winter Warriors! Our love. Our funny little guy!
Look at her GO! How fun. I'm glad you got the video thing figured out, we can't wait for more!

Thanks, everybody. The video was short but sweet. I want to capture as many moments with her in a picture or a video for as long as I can.

So happy to hear that Libby is doing well! We hold our breath, but our dogs just get out there and go! They don't worry about the future, and it's just best to follow along, isn't it? She's having fun and will have a spectacular summer!

From abandoned puppy to Tripawd Warrior Dude, Dakota became one of the 2011 February Furballs due to STS. Our incredibly sweet friend lived with grace and dignity till he impulsively raced over the Bridge on 12-15-12.

I love to see videos like this. Shari said it well - our dogs just live for the moment and I think we humans could learn quite a bit from them. Glad to see Libby doing so well!

Zeus was a Husky mix diagnosed with Osteosarcoma at age 11. A visible lung met and suspicious spot on his liver meant a poor prognosis-six weeks was our vet's best guess. We decided to fight for our boy and his right front leg was amputated on 12/1/11. We did six rounds of chemo, changed his diet and spoiled him completely rotten. We were blessed with 10 great months after diagnosis. Against the odds, the lung met remained a single met and grew very little over those months. A wonderful furbaby with the most gentle spirit, he fought with a strength that we never imagined he possessed. We have no regrets...

Shari and Lisa, I have taken that advice to heart. Our babies certainly do live in the moment and that is an example to be followed.
