Here's a comprehensive article from Dr. Dressler that every canine pet parent needs to read. It's nice to know that most of what he discusses we have covered here at Tripawds. But one new bit of information about Fentanyl surprised us, so read on.

I would love to see the equivalent for felines so if any Trikitty parents want to share a similar post please do so in a separate topic, we would love to get informed.

Great article...we stopped using Fentanyl patches a while ago but it is still acceptable to use a Fentanyl or MLK drip for surgery.  I will have to look into some of the other options mentioned...
