In this weeks Tripawd Tuesday feature we are hoppy to share the story of Trixie, a Pit Bull Terrier/Dogue De Bordeaux Mix foster dog who is searching for her forever home.

Tripawds Facebook member Charlotte Shearin shared her story with us and we hope this helps her find those special people.

"Trixie was rescued from BARCS in Baltimore City by Mid-Atlantic Bully Buddies (MABB). She came into the shelter as a stray with a very injured leg that ended up being amputated at the shelter. The shelter was no place for her surgery to heal so a rescue plea was put. I have a tripod of my own and when I saw the plea for Trixie I immediately volunteered to take her in as a foster dog. She healed well from her surgery and is doing great! But she sure would love to find her forever home soon!"
