She is in Talledega AL. A rescue group has posted her photos and info on their Petfinder page. The rescue group Buddy's Buddies Animal Rescue has locations in Avon Springs FL and Alexander City FL. Please watch the video. Sweet Pea is a cutie patootie! She's happy, vivacious, and gets around ok. You never know til you take a pup like this to the vet whether at least the left leg can start to form right with good nutrition and physical therapy. I am not pretending I can diagnose like some people do on Facebook etc. - only saying she needs to go to the vet. Anyway, did I mention she is happy, vivacious, and gets around ok? Please note the shelter will make her life cease on Friday 2/6/15 if not rescued/adopted.
Oh gosh, this pup needs to be given a chance!!!!! REALLY wish I could help, just not in a position on so many levels.
Thanks for ppsting. Maybe someone here can help somehow.
Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
Thanks for bringing this sweetie to our attention, we'll be sharing her story all week on Twitter.
After seeing numerous two-legged dogs live happy and great lives, there's no doubt that this girl can be just as happy no matter what. I hope she finds the right home soon, she sure deserves it.

I am very worried for Sweet Pea. I was told by the original poster that Pups N Stuff of WI rescued Sweet Pea. If I have the correct URL (I Googled) this doesn't appear to be a rescue organization to me; I doubt they rescue. Especially a disabled Pit type pup:

Good morning,
I consulted Guidestar to look for "Pups N Stuff" and they have a listing for "JRs Pups-N-Stuff." I was glad to see that!!! They have a rescue website and rescue Facebook group. This must be what the shelter meant. Big difference! I have sent them an email inquiring whether they saved Sweet Pea. I will post on Tripawds with any info.
Thanks
YAY! That's awesome news. If you hear any more just holler. Thanks for the update!
