Thanks Sally. Ha ha, yes! I've had many MANY happy tears the last 48 hours. After 6 months of fostering him, I'll miss him, but I'll never worry about him. This couple is absolutely the best family I could have ever asked for for Cooper. He's so lucky!!!!
