Could it be that it wasn't the right time for Cassie ro bring Cooper home in November but NOW it IS the right time???Let's think this through...from a "Universe" sort of way:
* Cassie has ALWAYS wanted a Standard Poodle!
* A while month has passed so it would be "better timing" to bring Cooper home!
* Clearly Cooper refuses to go with anybody else and is waiting for Cassie to bring him to his forever home with her!
*Let's see. What other signs is the Universe giving us....hmmm......got it! Cassie's name starts with a "C" and Cooper''s name starts with a "C"!
Think how cute it will be seeing tripawd Domino and tripawd Cooper playing together..ADORABLE!!!
That Universe sure is a tricky little energy things! It always knows exactly what it's doing and why! Just sayi '...

OMD! I wish I was ready to look for a new member for our pack right now, I would scoop Cooper up in a heartbeat! I've been wanting a standard poodle for years now. Unfortunately we aren't quite ready for a new pupper right now 🙁I really hope Cooper finds a wonderful forever home soon!

Hi Everyone. Just wanted to let you know I'm still available! I've been in my foster home for almost 4 months now, but I know my forever family is out there - they just haven't found me yet! I'm doing really well, and I've settled down a lot. I'm doing really well on the stairs now too! The 2 hot spots I had have been cleared up for months (my foster mom switched me to a grain free kibble, so that may be what did it, who knows?). Anyhoo, just wanted to say hi, and if you know of anyone who would like a very handsome Standard Poodle boy who is really pretty spectacular, please let them know about me! Thanks everyone!!! Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!

We've had a few applicants, but the right family just hasn't found him yet (Cooper really needs a home with no small children because of his mouthiness, and a fenced yard because of his prey drive). I actually tried to post a picture, but I can't figure out how to do it. I'll try again 🙂

GREAT NEWS! Cooper has been adopted! After 6+ months in rescue, he went home today with his forever family! He will have 3 Standard Poodle siblings. Thank you all for all the support. I gave his new family the links to your website and Facebook page so they will have the benefit of your knowledge and resources. Congratulations Cooper! 
This makes me so happy - I've been wondering about him. It sounds like the wait was worth it and he found the perfect family!

Yes, they are absolutely perfect. They have now adopted 4 Standard Poodles from this rescue, so we know he will have a great life. Thanks so much for your comment!

Yes, Absolutely worth the wait! His new daddy messaged me today to tell me he just got back from buying lumber to build Cooper a ramp so he didn't have to go down the outside stairs into their yard (their deck is 4' off the ground). He wants to do everything he can to maintain the health of Cooper's remaining front limb. Perfect family for sure!!!
