The forgiving nature of dogs never ceases to amaze us. This sweet girl met some bad humans in her young life but she's forgiven our species and wants a forever home where she can love on people all day long. Isn't she adorable? Here's her story, please share.

October 15, 2000 to April 8, 2014
Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife

05/04/2006 - Bosch, Sassy's pal, earned his wings 03/29/19 fought cancer for 4 months.

OKAAAAAY! We are all on the same page! I called! Oh yes I did! Of course, no call back yet!
So does Losa love in Mich? ANYBODY in Mich. have connectins to this "kennel" who could help me make a contact amd not get lost in the shuffle??
I'm pretty sure she needs some ice cream and steak to spice up her fitness level! I've got some!

Oh Sally...you are MEANT to have Layla -- look at that beautiful face! I know that with my transport and rescue connections I can network like crazy and get her to you. Tell them transport won't be a problem. OMD...goosebumps for you and Layla!!!
Deb and Angel Lexie* Diagnosed at age 13. Tried radiation first; wish we had amputated upon diagnosis (even with lung mets). Joined Club Tripawd April 2014 & Lexie loved life on 3 legs! Advice: Start physical therapy as soon as your vet clears it, especially hydrotherapy if available :-) See Lexie pics here.
We're rooting for Sally!! There must be enough around here we could get the puppy train going from state to state. It's a little far east for me or I would be on it!!

Spirit Shooter was a Miniature Australian Shepherd who was diagnosed with a MCT and had a LF amp 1/28/13 at 13-1/2 years old.
Shooter crossed the Bridge on 8/28/13, his 7 month ampuversary and two weeks from his 14th birthday.
I'm in Ohio - I might be able to help with transport if needed . . . just let me know!
Sally, since I don't live very far north of you, maybe 4 hours, count me in to help you out if needed for part of a caravan.......nothing would make me happier than to know you have a new fur love in your life, and I could help make it happen........a lot of us, including you, have not been able to smile much lately, but this warms my heart so much......
