Philip is a young boy who needs mental and physical stimulation! We’d love to see him join an active home with a canine sibling. He needs a family who can make a commitment to providing basic training, no exceptions! He's perfect in his crate and house trained. Philip hasn’t had 1 accident since being in his foster home. He doesn’t bark to go outside, but goes along with the potty schedule in his home. He’s still working on his leash training, but has come a long way. We think he’ll thrive once he gets some one on one time with a committed family.
Philip LOVES everyone!! Even the vet! He enjoys receiving affection. And who can blame him? Two years of being forgotten and ignored is no ones dream. He’s currently fostering with dogs and kids, and loves to play endlessly with them. He fostered with a cat in his Southern foster home, and he was indifferent to him. The cat even liked him! Most of all, Philip enjoys curling up at his foster moms feet and keeping her company.
If you’re looking for the rewarding feeling of adding a rescue dog to your life, Philip is your guy! This sweet boy is never looking back!! Philip loves now loves life! He’s a gem and any family who adopts him is going to realize how loving and wonderful he is. Philip is going to make a fabulous addition to his new family!
