Miya is a black Border Collie. She was born with a dislocated shoulder. She has been in my care since she was 6 weeks her sister got to go to the BC rescue but they wouldnt take Miya because she is disabled. Her leg has not been amputated because she uses it (doesnt bear full weight but uses it to balance) she has been to several vets and all say to leave her leg unless it causes her pain. You would never know she is disabled she runs and plays with the best of them. She is out of working stock dogs. Very smart and beautiful dog she really needs a home where she can have all the attention. I already have 6 other dogs (WAY TO MANY). If you think you can give Miya the loving home she needs please contact me at countrygirl_582@hotmail.com Miya is located in TN.
Six other dogs! What's one more? 😉 Thanks for posting, and best of luck finding a home for Miya.

Awww. I would love to see a pic. I can't take her but I would still love to see a pic since I have one of those congenital dislocated scapula with a deformed front leg dogs, too!
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly  January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
