Hello I work at a shelter in South Lake Tahoe CA, (El Dorado County Animal Services) I am hoping that somebody might know of a home for a Tripod girl that I have had here for 5 months. She is starting not to do so well in her kennel. Boots needs to be an only pet, shes one of those jealous girlfriend types, she gets along with other dogs as long as her person isnt interested in them. She will chase cats. Boots is the sweetest girl with people, she loves children and she has perfect manners other than the other animal in the house thing. Please feel free to share her story, we are a no time limit shelter but when dogs start to go kennel crazy even with 3 walks a day and out in the yard time, it becomes unfair to keep them any longer. she needs a home ASAP, sadly we are a tiny staffed shelter and cannot help much with transport. I can get her to Reno NV or Placerville CA and a friend has offered to transport her to the Bay area but cannot overnight her. Thanks for your time

Mips thank you so much for sharing Boots' story with us. She has such a sweet face and sounds like a great dog for the perfect home. I hope that we can help you find her that family. Please keep us posted and we will help spread the word.
