This little angel was brought to the shelter with a traumatic injury to her front right leg which had to be amputated. Well, after Dr. Epstein removed the leg she just couldn't send Minnie Pearl back to the shelter and was able to find a temporary foster home for her but needs to find a permanent home or rescue for her. Minnie Pearl is a 13 lb, 12-18 mo young, intact female Chihuahua mix. She is very playful with other dogs and cats but is afraid of men; however, she will warm up to men if they have enough treats and are patient with her.
Please contact Dr. Epstein if you can help.
