This guy has been in the Boulder Humane Society for the past week. He's almost 2, and 90 lbs of gorgeous tripawd joy. They don't know much of his history, only that he was transferred from a shelter in Kansas. He is currently sheltered at the Westminster, CO Petsmart. I've been hoping someone would snatch him right up, but he's been at the Humane Society for a week now. Maybe someone here will fall in love?
OMD, what a handsome boy! I'm sure someone will adopt him soon. How can you resist that smile?
Sadie is my 9yr old Rott/Shepherd mix. Diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her right scapula 1/28/10. Our brave girl had her amputation 2/13/10 and her last chemotherapy on 6/6/10. Unfortunately, a tumor appeared in her back right leg and on 10/7/2010 Sadie's earthly journey came to an end. On 10/24/2010 we adopted Ranger, a handsome Rott/Lab mix tripawd (got hit by a car) I think Sadie sent him to us.

OMD indeed! What a face!!! My friend said she heard a report about shelter dogs that said tripawds get adopted quickly - hopefully that is right and he'll find a happy home soon!

Abby: Aug 1, 2009 – Jan 10, 2012. Our beautiful rescue pup lived LARGE with osteosarcoma for 15 months – half her way-too-short life. I think our "halflistic" approach (mixing traditional meds + supplements) helped her thrive. (PM me for details. I'm happy to help.) She had lung mets for over a year. They took her from us in the end, but they cannot take her spirit! She will live forever in our hearts. She loved the beach and giving kisses and going to In-N-Out for a Flying Dutchman. Tripawds blog, and a more detailed blog here. Please also check out my novel, What the Dog Ate. Now also in paperback! Purchase it at Amazon via Tripawds and help support Tripawds!
Pawesome! Thank you for letting us know.
