The link below is a news story that starts with an update on the tale of a quadpawd who was truly rescued from the brink and treated at UW Madison's Vet Clinic and is now officially with his furever home. So, that's been a popular news story in Madison lately. The reason I share this here is that the news story goes on to interview a woman who runs a shelter in Pardeeville, WI for special needs dogs and one is three-legged! Hers is also a great story and if you or anyone you know in the Wisconsin area is looking to adopt, or you're looking to make a worthy charitable donation, check out: http://www.affi.....cue.org/ And check out the newstory at: http://www.fox4.....1704.shtml
I also plan on shooting Affinity Rescue an e-mail about Tripawds.com in case they're interested in three-legged dog info or putting up a post here for Nala themselves.
Enjoy!
Gerry has been a tripawd since 12/16/2009.
He was a shelter dog with a mysterious past and an irrepairable knee injury.
Videos and pics of Gerry's pawesomeness can be found at: http://gerry.tripawds.com
