My sister came across this lovely little tripawd pup and passed him along to me to share with you all (yes, Tripawds is becoming a family affair!)

Ollie is a 2mo. old, male, pit bull mix available at the Coon Rapids branch of the Animal Human Society in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota. Here's what his AHS profile has to say:

Another shelter was caring for me before I came to Animal Humane Society to find a home.

I have so much to learn, and you can help me start off on the right paw! AHS offers puppy kindergarten and playgroups for socialization and training. Ask a staff member or volunteer about AHS programs designed specifically for puppies just like me.

I like playing with toys and enjoy other busy interactions. Playful dogs like me enjoy a good game of fetch or just quietly chewing on a stuffed animal. No matter which toy I choose, I want my new family to join me in the fun.

I was in foster care before I became available for adoption. Please ask about my experience with my foster family.

I had one of my legs surgically removed due to an injury.  I’m getting around ok but I’m adjusting to balancing on 3 legs.  In a few weeks, I’ll be completely healed and ready to run.

Affectionate dogs like me are cuddly and love snuggling and giving kisses. I might be a little shy or bashful as I adapt to a new environment, but that should be easy in a home with moderate activity.
