Hey everyone,
Recently I have been unable to access the tripawds.com website from my either of my home computers (lap top and desktop). The internet is working fine but it comes up with the message "internet explorer cannot display the website". I cleared my browser cache etc but it hasn't changed anything. All of the other websites work fine. I can still access it on my Blackberry so can check for any replies. Help!!!!
Tai Dog and Laura
Tai – 9 yr old lab. Diagnosed Osteosarcoma Dec 18/09. Front right leg amputated Dec 21/09. Started chemo Jan 7/10. Lung mets discovered Sept 16/10. Valiant to the end on Oct 26/10 when cancer reappeared in a leg and we made the decision to set her free. Forever in my heart where not even cancer can take her from me.
Oh, we had an upgrade a month or so ago and I think IP's were blocked which would explain. Maybe Jim can look into this week. Some other folks had that issue, too. I'm sure Jim can help you out!
Not to confuse you, but I made your post a new topic since I don't think it had to do with the issue it was posted under. (I could be wrong)
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.

Sorry for the trouble, when did it begin? If it has been a while, it may be related to the temporary security issues we had blocking people after our last upgrade. It it is more recent, you may have been inadvertently blocked for other reasons. (Please keep in mind that multiple failed login attempts within a short time will result in being blocked by the server. Always retrieve your password withe the "Forgot Password" link if you forget more than once.)
Regardless, please send us your IP address from the computer on which you cannot access the site. To do this, please visit whatismyipaddress.com using that computer, and email us the results. You can also find out your IP address at whatismyip.com, but we must know the address of the computer that cannot view the site.
If your IP address has been blocked, we can quickly fix it and get you back online. It would also help to know if tried any other web browser, and what errors you received using those, if any.
