Just a tablet specific wuestion.....on my tavlet the colors, print etc. are "kind of "light"...
Yup, the colors look lighter than the previous forums. This is intentional, and the same now on all devices. They likely only appear faded, because they are lighter than they are used to you seeing.
my EDIT button disappeared...
No it didn't, it just appears different and is a bit smaller for compatibility across all devices.
This is the new edit button:
It appears at the top of each post you have permission to edit.
We know change can be difficult sometimes, but we're hoping these style and user interface changes help make the forums appear more friendly, open—yes, "light" indeed—less intimidating and dated, as well as consistent for users accessing them on various devices.
Hope this helps!

Just posting from an iPhone her. So there.
Just curious if any other phone (or tavlet) users are experiencing trouble with the post editor, or accessing their profile to change editor settings...betaman apparently had some issues there.

Pawesome, you've helped confirm that a tavlet is served the same theme as desktop browsers.
UPDATE: Forums will appear slightly different to Mobile phone users, until we figure out why the Profile page breaks otherwise.
Anypawdy noticed any other kinks we need to iron out around here? Poke around the entire site and see how things have changed!

I'm still having Exploder problems. Sometimes I can post, other times not. Then the link to "chat live" takes me over to a test page with a bunch of Tripawd thumbnails. If I click the "chat" button at the top, I don't have that problem.

Harmony became a Tripawd on 10/21/14 (MCT). She left us way too soon on 11/1/14.

May I respectfully suggest that you add a link to the Tripawds Required Reading List to the Resources pull down menu that appears at the top of each page? While working on the helpline manual I realized what a fantastic resource it is and it would be great if it was readily accessible.
Everything I have done so far seems to work great on my PC using Firefox. Will poke around some more on my iPad.
I do love the new look, so clean and uncluttered! Congratulations!

I love the new site! I CAN ACTUALLY USE IT WITHOUT IT CRASHING!!!!!
Do you know how excited I am!? I have missed the community sooooo much! So excited for all the exciting improvements and growth here! Now to see if the blogs are quick and work for me too.

Smore is my tripawd kitty who adopted me one summer evening. She had an injury to her front left leg and had to have her leg removed July 17th. She was only 3 or 4 months old at the time. Now she moves faster than some four legged cats!
Awww that really made our day, thank you. There are still bugs here and there and we're working hard trying to resolve an issue with Verizon but we really, really appreciate the feedback. Please let us know how it works for you as you dive in OK? Welcome back!

Pawesome!
Profile edit/view pages now working with child theme on mobile devices, so... the same theme is being served up for all devices, keeping Forums design consistent on desktop, tablets, phones, and yes, even tavlets too!
Just a few more kinks to iron out...anypawdy have any issues to report with the Forums, Tripawds Blogs , or any pages on the main Tripawds News Blog ?
