I've been perusing the active blog list to keep up to date with other tripawds... and recently noticed that when I post a blog it doesn't seem to appear in the active blog list. Is there something I'm not doing that I should be doing? Or vice versa?
Holly joined the world of tripawds on 12/29/2009. She has a big little sister, Zuzu, who idolizes Holly and tries to make all of her toys into tripawds in Holly's honor. And she's enjoying life one hop at a time!

Blogs not appearing in the Active Tripawds Blogs List is usually the result of their privacy options being set to block search engines from indexing them. Other bloggers fixed the issue by following these instructions for setting blog privacy options.
In summary, visit the Settings -> Privacy tab in your dashboard to ensure the option, "I would like my blog to be visible to everyone…" is selected and your blog should be re-listed automatically.
Thanks for asking, and please let us know if this does the trick. But I am just curious, did you happen to search for "Active Blogs List" in the forums before starting this new topic?

Thanks for the quick response! I will try what you suggested. I went through the videos last night, and am pretty sure my privacy is set to not allow search engines, but to allow "normal" people to see. I'll double check that. I did search for "active blogs" in the search engine, and read through a few of the returned results but the topics did not seem to be answering this question. (that's why I tagged this - I'm still trying to learn as all of this is new to me! Thanks again.

Thanks! I was only wondering if you saw the topic I linked to above answering the same question. FYI: Selecting "Exact Phrase" when searching will minimize the number of search results with better accuracy.
FYI: I just checked your settings and they are indeed set to allow search indexing, and ... Holly's blog now appears in the Active Tripawds Blogs list.
