Dear Admin: It's me again, still trying to figure this out.....I think I've deleted my browser cache several times, but? I'm not exactly sure what "reload the page means" (from our previous avatar conversation). I think others must be able to see new avatar, however, because Tazzie's mom mentioned it in her post. It's a head on shot, Romeo's head is tilted, he is running toward me, fall leaves in background. Do you see this? (old avatar was a profile with green grass in background).
I will send a pm with my info. I did find two error messages on my blog's admin page. I might not get to pm til tomorrow, but just wanted to let you know I saw your post.
Thanks for all your patience, Eve

This is what we are seeing. Your "new" avatar is clearly viewing properly. If you're still seeing the "old" one, it is likely because you have not successfully cleared your cache. To reload the page simply means to refresh the page, to close the window and open it again, or quit your browser and relaunch it, which I'm sure you have done many times by now.
Still no PM from you, though that may not be necessary since I'm sure i'll see the same avatar on your upload page. Tell us what browser you use, and we can provide step-by-step instructions if those linked to above are not clear.
