I can't seem to add a post to my Menu. Also, is there a way to add a photo gallery to my blog? Thank you

Add a post or page? From the Menu tab, Select Pages to add any page. Select Posts to add any specific post. Yo can then rearrange menu items however you like. We notice you added a ne Riot's Bio page.
Your Home menu item is currently set to the blog home page, which is currently configured to display most recent blog posts. Most bloggers do not tend to add specific posts to the menu, though that is certainly possible if it is of relevance to you. So, the Home menu item already links to your blog posts.

Also, is there a way to add a photo gallery to my blog?
Yes, you can certainly add galleries. Consider adding a new page titled, Gallery. When editing the page, you can insert Media and select Create Gallery. Then you can add images to the gallery and select how you wish it to display. You can add multiple galleries to any page or post if desired. Watch the Image Galleries tutorial in you dashboard for step by step instructions.
