Hey everypawdy,

We are seeking a couple of volunteers who are good on the phone and want to help us follow up on a specific Tripawds Outreach Brochures mailing to clinics. Ideally you want to have unlimited, call anywhere minutes on your cell phone plan.

Basically we just need a couple of people to call a short list of about 150 clinics on a new mailing list, a few days after we send these clinics a sample brochure and letter. The call would involve asking to speak to the practice manager, find out if they received our mailing and ask if they would like more brochures. Easy peasy, should only take a minute or two for each call.

The purpose is to find out how we can have more effective mailings and repeat requests for more brochures.
