I feel so thrilled to be able to post that it is our silly, funny and happy girls 6 month ampuversasry. Tasha continues to be doing good. She is active and so happy, she has such a joy for life that she didn't have before surgery. She seems to need more attention now days, she still rolls up on her back gives out one of her huge whooofs and continues until she gets her tummy pets, over, and over and over. She looks so cute how could you not give in and give them to her. There was a time before surgery she couldn't roll up any longer the pain was more than she could handle, she would try and it would break your heart that she couldn't do it. I guess she is more than making up for it now .
Tasha's day will be filled with love, laughter, tummy pets, lots of goodies and ice cream. she will be an extra happy girl today and so will we as we honor our girl today and everyday.
Tasha's loving Pawrents, Bob and Jo Ann

Tasha, Bob, and Jo Ann,
Dad has his usual saying about every day together is a day to celebrate, but that an ampuversary milestone as great as 6 months (that's half a year!!) is definately a reason to PAWRTY! Well, forget what Dad has to say, I say you know how to throw a real pawrty. Everyone knows that I measure such celebrations by ICE CREAM - my very favorite way to top off such great times. Mom and Dad will be giving an extra special toast tonight for this wonderful occasion. We could not be any happier about your reaching this wonderful milestone. Great news like that really lift all our spirits.

A round of Frosty Paws for everyone!
Jerry wrote about Frosty Paws ice cream and Yöghund frozen yogurt for dogs when we first came across them on our travels through Maine in 2007, after his visit to Ben & Jerry's. And no, that's not an affiliate link ... we doubt the stuff would still be frozen when it arrived if anyone ordered online.

It's funny you said that about Frosty Paws...because I totally blamed Rugby's skin tumors before he died on Frosty Paws! 8 months before died he had a small tumor on his paw and then I noticed one his chest. The vet found one his gum and one on his tail. They were all benign but I thought it was from FP's! So, I put the kabosh on them. I think I bought one box and after he died for Comet during the time she was an only dog because I needed something to make her happy. I gave her 2 of them and finally ended throwing the rest out.
However, I was such a cheapo, I recycled the cups they came in and put peanut butter mix with water and froze it.
OKAY, so I'm not a fan either...but they sure are cute when they eat them!
Ixnay on the Frosty Paws.
But no matter what you say about donuts, peanut butter cookies or oatmeal cookies we are not giving them up!!!

Hoppy Ampuversary Tasha! We sure hope we'll see you on Saturday but we understand if not, it's a very long drive for you guys.
Meanwhile, forget Frosty Paws....I say let's all get wild with the good stuff....Chunky Monkey or Cherry Garcia!
