Just wanted to share with you how Wolfie is doing with his new teeny tiny kittie sister… He absolutely LOVES her! I have not seen him this happy since Jake passed away… He is still a little too rough… but she can definitely hold her own. He just can't stop wanting to lick and smell her… he hasn't eaten her yet… so that's a good sign, right?
Jake, 10yr old golden retriever (fractured his front right leg on 9/1, bone biopsy revealed osteosarcoma on 9/10, amputation on 9/17) and his family Marguerite, Jacques and Wolfie, 5yr old german shepherd and the newest addition to the family, Nala, a 7mth old Bengal mix kittie. Jake lost his battle on 11/9/2009, almost 8 weeks after his surgery. We will never forget our sweet golden angel… http://jakesjou.....ipawds.com ….. CANCER SUCKS!
Hmmmm... is that love, or hunger in his eyes? Either way, they are adorable together!

I love the pictures of Wolfie and Kitty. He is so big and she is so tiny! She's not even a meal, she is a snack! Seriously, I am so glad that Wolfie is finding happiness with her. I think it was easier on my dogs because they had each other. I know they missed Emily (especially Bentley) but I don't think they were as loney as your poor little guy.
Debra & Angel Emily
Debra & Emily, a five year old doberman mix, who was diagnosed with an osteosaecoma. She had a right rear leg amputation on May 19, 2009. On November 10, 2009 she earned her wings and regained her fourth leg.
Thanks for the photo and update. He is so very hansome and she is so very cute. Great couple? Hopefully, this will help Wolfie put his life back together (as well as his pawrents). Keep strong - keep putting one foot in front of the other - and know that this community is here to support.

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww...
You know it kinda looks like Jake's avatar picture is looking down on Wolfie and the kitty and smiling. How could he not be?
Gerry has been a tripawd since 12/16/2009.
He was a shelter dog with a mysterious past and an irrepairable knee injury.
