Hi everyone,
A few (hot off the memory card) pics of "tripawd" Serge, and our older GSD Raven, revelling in the first snowfall of the year, here on Prince Edward Island... Looks nice, but the thermometer is showing a -11 Deg C wind chill. They don't seem to feel the cold.. I do !!! Today, Serge learnt that copying Raven lying on her back in the snow, rolling around and waving her legs in the air, is very difficult for a "tripawd". So, he is content to lie in the snow, on side at a time...
Regards
Richard

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife

Good for Serge figuring out how to roll in the snow...one side at a time!
And Sassy, you sure mastered a good back scratch in the grass perfectly!! Of course, everything you did was perfection!

I love the pictures. here Sassy rolled on her back as a Tripawd but not in the snow or at least I don't have any pictures in the snow.
We got our first accumulation of snow tonight we had about 1/2 inch on Monday. Snickers was running like a crazy dog tonight lol
Hugs

Serge manages to "sort of" roll on to his back, when he wants his belly rubbed, but at the moment, it is still a little "one sided"....Oops (pardon the pun)... What a great picture of Sassy.... The snow pics of Serge, don't do his "exuberant" leaping around justice.. A long Winter to "suffer" through, and I'll get dragged/coerced out into the white stuff only too frequently..
Have a good and safe week

DUDE! I am SO there with you, I LOVE the snow! There is no better way to play. My pawrents keep taking me away from it each winter, they don't like it like I do. Can I come live with you this winter? What a blast we would have!

I just love all the pictures!! Serge, Raven, and Wyatt Ray sure do look like they're having the time of the life playing in the snow!! And Sassy is just the picture of contentment. I'm sure she's doing plenty of wiggly back scratches at the Bridge.
We've not gotten any snow yet in my part of WV but I'm sure it will be coming...
It'll be interesting to see what Lucian does with his first snow since he's still a puppy.
HUGS to everyone!
