Wow, these sounded so cool, 12 days ago I jumped on the website and ordered some for Nova. I spent a long time putting them together, filling in all the text, etc.  I was really frustrated because I never got a proof and I was hoping to get them by Nova's ampuversary yesterday.  Yesterday I called and they said somehow her order fell through the cracks, but assured me I would get a proof this morning.  Now I call and the guy asks me if I remember what was on the back because they lost all the text. Come on!  Of course I don't have it or remember what I wrote (although I spent quite some time trying to come up with all sorts of witty facts about Nova), because it was an online form.  So needless to say I am disappointed.  The guy said he'd send me some extra cards, whoooo hoooo, big deal, how about some kind of discount on my order?  Anyway, I'm sorry to vent, but I wanted others to know that while it seemed like a great idea, this company totally dropped the ball on my order, and then lost pretty much all the text I put on there. They are "checking with their web guy" to see if they can find it. Bummer.

They didn't offer me any kind of refund or discount so I guess I am stuck, but I am going to be really angry if they call and ask me to do them all over.

My mom just finalized the design on mine today.WooooooHooooo! They are beauuuuutiful! So are yours oh great Supernova! They lost the back of mine too...Mom had to redo all the stats. It is some glitch in their system. Then she also got all nitpicky and made them do three different proofs and kept changing stuff around.....she figured she was paying for it, right? And they had to be perfect because they are MINE, right? So they did everything she wanted. They were being slow between the first and second proofs so she had to send a polite email asking WT_. But then they were all over it. So, yeah, a few problems but overall good service and a really top notch product judging by all the cards I have in my collection so far. Mom had to go and order a coffee mug too so that is slowing the whole order down. I wont get MY CARDS for at least another week.

Ha, I like that idea. Mongrel cards with two dogs for the price of one. Maximutt is right. The cards I got from Max and Cemil are beautifully done - funny too.

So what will be next week's craze . . . Power mushrooms, trading cards . . . we should buy stock in the company before we tripawds move en masse to the next company.
